# Plans and limits

Every feature is included on every plan. Compare capacity, audit history, billing and support.

Every Aviato plan includes SSO (SAML and OIDC), SSO enforcement, group mapping,
SCIM provisioning, custom roles and row-level scopes, custom actions, approvals,
MCP access, and audit exports, streaming and API access. Free includes these too.
You pay for more capacity, longer audit history and closer support.

Enterprise includes a shared Slack Connect channel with the Aviato team during business
hours. This is a support service; every plan has the same product integrations.

## How capacity works [#how-capacity-works]

A workspace owns your projects, membership and subscription. A project connects a database
to its back-office, with up to two environments (for example, production and development).
AI agents do not count as human users.

Pending, unexpired invitations reserve user seats. Invitations, SSO provisioning and SCIM
provisioning must fit within the workspace's user limit. At capacity, remove an unused
invitation or member, or choose a larger plan. Existing members can still be updated and
removed through SCIM.

Changing plans does not delete existing users or projects. New additions are blocked when
the lower plan's capacity is reached. SSO enforcement, custom roles, SCIM and other product
features remain available after cancellation, when the workspace returns to Free.

## Audit history [#audit-history]

Retention determines how long events remain in Aviato. Export, streaming and API access
are available on every plan, so you can preserve history in your own systems. Retention
is stamped on events at ingestion; changing plans does not recover expired events or
retroactively rewrite the retention of previously stored events.

## AI usage [#ai-usage]

AI features are available on all plans. Included usage is subject to configured daily
workspace and platform budgets, plus concurrency limits. A credit admits one bounded
provider attempt, including unsuccessful attempts. Daily budgets reset at midnight UTC.
Bring your own provider key for provider-billed usage; concurrency limits still apply.
There are currently no separate published AI or audit-volume allowances by plan.

## Subscription compatibility [#subscription-compatibility]

Enterprise retains the internal `team` identifier in the API and Stripe catalog.
Existing subscriptions keep their Stripe price unless their subscription is changed.
Capacity follows the current plan configuration; the displayed pricing describes the
current catalog for new purchases. Before deploying changed limits, review existing
workspaces that exceed them.
